For each uploader in your dashboard, you can find a link " in your Drive" which opens directly the relevant folder with uploaded files

When creating a new uploader, go to "Advanced Settings" and create a Destination folder (just write the name of a new folder to the gap) OR you can choose from folders you have on your Google Drive.
